How to be happy
It is so simple and so difficult to be happy. But let's try it. Not tomorrow, not in a week, but here and now! 7 steps to happiness. In order for your life to become happy, you need to start with yourself. And first things first ... to love yourself!
Step one. UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT YOURSELF WHAT YOU ARE
Happiness is within us. This is the organic state of our soul. These are not our achievements, this is how we relate to ourselves and how we perceive the world around us. Accepting yourself for who you are, understanding yourself and forgiving is the first and most important step on the road to happiness. Learn to understand yourself and look for a key to your soul. The more you know yourself, the happier you will become. Think of yourself and your dreams. Do not be afraid to admit mistakes and your incompetence in some matters. It is impossible to know everything.
Step Two IMPLEMENT RELATIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE
Living in harmony with others is much more joyful than being at war. Take the first step: ask for forgiveness from those who once offended. Call friends you haven’t been chatting with for months. Talk heart to heart with relatives. Learn to love others (relatives, friends, colleagues) - and you will become much happier. Step Three FIND WORK ON SOUL
The biggest mistake is when we don’t try to make money by what we like. The more we love what we do, the happier we feel. The realities of the modern world are as follows: we sleep at best 8 hours, work 8 hours, and another 2-3 hours get to the office. It turns out that work takes two-thirds of our day! That is why labor must necessarily bring spiritual pleasure.
Step Four PERCEPTION THE WORLD POSITIVE
Happiness is our choice. Do not look for him, but simply decide to be happy. Waking up in the morning, say to yourself: “Today will be a wonderful day!” - instead of thinking about the problems that have to be addressed. By learning to think positively, you can avoid stress and emotional overload. And every time something negative happens in your life, ask yourself: “Why do I need this?”, And not “Why do I need this?” (you feel the difference: only one question, and the attitude to what is happening is fundamentally changing!) Consider what lesson fate has taught you and remember it. “You need to find what you love, and this is true both for work and for personal life. Work will take up a lot of space in your life, and therefore the only way to be truly contented with life is to do the work that you consider great. Step Five BE ABLE TO VALUE LIFE
The ability to be grateful changes our lives. Life is interesting in itself. Every day, hour and minute. Take it as a gift, not as a heavy burden. In one of the previous issues of DO, our columnist Gretchen Rubin advised us to keep a “Diary of a sentence”: write down the good events of the past day, funny phrases from children, successful decisions and joyful moments of life: “The mushroom season has begun. Step Six DO NOT REMEMBER RESIDENCE AND DISAPPOINTMENTS

Every morning, looking in the mirror, smile at least 30 seconds to yourself. Smile sincerely, welcoming a new day. We warn: at first it will not be easy. It would be desirable to find flaws and defects in the reflection. Drive these thoughts away. Just smile. When we smile (even artificially and without reason), the body produces the hormone of happiness. This means that a positive mood will certainly arise as a result of this exercise: “One way to find happiness is to learn to manage your thoughts. Happiness does not depend on external conditions.
