Fried foods do not harm the heart
According to their research, fried food does not increase the risk of heart disease.
Over the course of a dozen years, scientists examined more than forty thousand people, and all of them were divided into groups depending on their addictions to fried foods. As a result, it turned out that heart attacks and angina pectoris occurred with equal frequency among those who were fried lovers and among those who did not eat such food at all.
True, such results were confirmed only in the region where olive and sunflower oils are used for frying food, and fresh ones. And the authors of the study separately emphasized that the repeated use of deep-fried oil, as well as the preparation of fried foods in butter or animal fat, are dangerous for the cardiovascular system. And this fact is proved by science.
