Bluish stainless steel Save. Bluish or bluish plaque usually appears from high temperatures. But this does not affect the result of the prepared dish, so treat the stainless steel dishes on time with special tools in the form of paste.
Frying pan Throw it away! Using such a pan, you will not be able to evenly cook food in it. Something can burn up, and something, on the contrary, is undercooked. Deformation of dishes occurs mainly due to thermal shock. Therefore, do not place the pan with oil boiling in it immediately under a stream of cold water.
You can leave such dishes if you want: it is not dangerous. But, if there are chips or the coating begins to exfoliate and peel off, be sure to throw it away.
